T&T’s large oil inventory of oil containment and recovery equipment includes an extensive array of oil skimming systems both for inshore and offshore applications, with a combined rated recovery capacity in excess of 1,000,000 barrels per day. In addition to this, T&T systems are available for the electronic detection of Group V oils (submerged oil), as well as oil in the water column and subsurface oil detection. These systems are used to detect pipeline leaks, heavy oil on the sea bottom and oil below the sea bottom.
